A rigorous restricted boundary dictionary

Pure-gauge connections $A=U^{-1}dU$, $U{|}_{\Gamma }=I$, may be included without changing the data, by Proposition prop:DNcov. This adds the correct gauge ambiguity but does not recover a nontrivial connection class.
