Title: The circulant Hadamard conjecture.
Abstract: We prove the circulant Hadamard conjecture: a real circulant Hadamard matrix has order 1 or 4. As a consequence, Barker sequences of length greater than one exist exactly at lengths 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 13, proving the Barker-sequence conjecture.
This abstract is a catalogue record. It is not a verification and not a premise. It does not close O.1. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED. No quantum coefficient is admitted. No compilation is asserted.
