Title: A Modulus Proof of Cannon’s Conjecture.
Abstract: We prove that every hyperbolic group whose boundary is homeomorphic to the two-sphere admits a proper cocompact isometric action on hyperbolic three-space with finite kernel. This resolves Cannon's conjecture positively.
