Title: A counterexample to the nearby Lagrangian conjecture.
Abstract: We disprove the unrestricted nearby Lagrangian conjecture. For some sufficiently large even integer N, we construct a closed exact smoothly embedded Lagrangian in $T{}*(S{}9{}times S{}{N-1})$ that is diffeomorphic to the base but is not Hamiltonian isotopic to the zero section.
This abstract is a catalogue record. It is not a verification and not a premise. It does not close O.1. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED. No quantum coefficient is admitted. No compilation is asserted.
