Remark: Zeta and the quasi-Riemann half-plane

Family 003 states a zero-free half-plane $\mathrm{Re}(s)>7/8$ for Dirichlet $L$-functions, including $\zeta (s)$, and the same half-plane for finite-order Hecke $L$-functions over $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-3})$, together with a companion half-plane $\mathrm{Re}(s)>11/12$. The catalogue calls this a resolution of the quasi-Riemann hypothesis. The $11/12$ writeup is the human-edited exception named in the production note. This companion does not verify either writeup.
