VII-H: a finite observation certificate, not contact terms

Cheung's VII-H constructs a specified free Wick-square response, classifies its permitted normalization ambiguity, and then constructs an invariant observation CheungVIIH. Its contact distributions are not task-cue interference terms.

A useful finite-dimensional counterpart can nevertheless be proved independently.
