Independent evaluation streams and paired branch replay

Use the same stress seed bank for compared checkpoints when a paired comparison is intended. Common randomness defines the pairing; variance reduction is not guaranteed without a favorable covariance structure.

The following CPU helper gives repeated calls at the same early checkpoint and late fraction the same training stream. It reconstructs the shuffled training loaders with dedicated generators.
