A separately declared reduction model

The relation $\tau \sim \hslash /E_G$ is not a complete stochastic or operational dynamics. We now construct one finite regularized model in which that rate appears. The construction is related to the mass-density structure of Diósi-type models Diosi, but is not derived from the scalar-carrier theorems or from quantum gravity.
