Assumption: Physical branch matching

A biological application must identify actual preparations, mass changes, coherent controls, bath couplings, leakage, measurement maps, and a time horizon corresponding to these same branch labels. An optical excitation witness cannot be combined with an unrelated conformational displacement energy without a separate state-identification and coupling theorem.
