Proposition: No cross-track entailment

The Track A formulas do not define Track B's grouped characteristic map. Conversely, admission of a Track B coefficient would not identify Track A's mass branches, bath, encoding, or instrument.

Proof. The domains and operations are explicitly different. No map identifying their states, distributions, generators, and observations has been supplied. The missing comparison is an additional premise in either direction.
