Orchestrated objective reduction combines a proposed biological carrier, environmental dynamics, an additional reduction mechanism, and an interpretation in terms of experience HameroffPenrose,Penrose,Diosi. A mathematical treatment must distinguish these commitments.
Psy02-A separated concentration, coherence, measurement, response normalization, and causal support CheungPsy02A. The present paper provides two different developments:
Track A: a branch-matched finite pilot. Its carrier, branches, environmental laws, mass energies, forward instrument, and calibrated discrimination test are defined and calculated here.
Track B: an analytic interface and source-alignment audit. Its independent distributional theorems are fully specified here. The separate frozen XII–XV instance is documented using the supplied excerpts, without claiming that unavailable definitions or the missing joint characteristic map have been reconstructed.
“self-contained” means here. Every independent theorem in this paper has printed objects and hypotheses. Standard analytic inputs are identified. Source records are not relabeled as newly proved theorems. Parameters such as a selected cubic density or a complete contact catalogue are explicitly declared inputs when their exact inherited components were not supplied.
the supplied material does not contain. The full sources of XII-A, XII-C, XII-D, XII-E, XIII-C, XIV-H, XIV-I, XIV-J, and XV-B were not supplied. Selected passages from them were supplied. The additional information therefore improves the definition sheet, but does not permit a byte-complete reproduction or independent verification of those manuscripts. The four attempted companion pages did not provide accessible full sources during preparation of this revision.
scope. The defensible mathematical submission is the pilot plus the independent analytic interface and its explicit source limitations. A submission claiming the complete inherited construction would additionally require the exact full source package and verification of its defining data. That stronger claim is not made.
boundary. The conformational code is tubulin-inspired, not an identified neuronal subsystem. Cheung's open-XXZ study also expressly treats its microtubule interpretation as a toy-model analogy CheungSpinChains. Neither that spin carrier nor a free scalar carrier is silently identified with the conformational code below.
