The same seed couples raw Gaussian draws only when architectures, batching, and draw ordering agree. No favorable variance reduction follows automatically.

The scoring rule intentionally remains unsigned random regrowth. It does not inherit Psy03-A's signed sparse-gradient descent theorem. At zero regrowth, the caller should skip scoring as well as initialization if a complete identity operation is intended.

The phase snapshot is for a fresh optimizer at the next training call. Resuming a live optimizer requires an additional saved optimizer state and correct parameter correspondence. Data snapshots and controller configuration also remain explicit external provenance.

Most importantly, the names x_fresh and y_fresh do not enforce freshness. The experiment must actually sample independent controller blocks. A distinct final assessment dataset must not be used to select or update later checkpoints unless that feedback is separately modeled.
