Fresh paired probe designs and delayed cues

The following generator changes the source's finite distractor-bank sampling to fresh independent distractor centers. That change aligns the ideal blend theorem and makes each row a paired latent example block. It must be labeled as a changed assessment protocol.

Transformations use the source's row-vector rotation convention. The delayed-cue generator supplies a new temporal task; it is not presented as an evaluation already performed in the source.
