Remark: Nonuniform initial rules

If the initial rule is nonuniform, clock information can change the known prior through the transition matrix. Point history still does not supply rule evidence. Replace $1/4$ in (eq:labelposterior) by the appropriate time-dependent prior. Uniformity is therefore a stated hypothesis, not a universal property of hidden-rule tasks.
