Remark: Population reference, not sample cap
Duplicate functions and the exact population reference · lines 542–554
A finite-sample accuracy can exceed . Assessment sequences share temporally correlated rule states, and sampling variation remains. The theorem bounds population accuracy under its hypotheses, not every realized empirical value.
The reference also does not apply unchanged to ritual-overwritten labels, a nonuniform rule prior, an informative cue, feedback, or a checkpoint fitted to the assessment labels. At zero stimulus noise, diagonal boundaries can have positive mass; that is a different law requiring separate calculation.
