Remark: What e C cannot do
Robust model and apparatus allowances › Complete-law stability · lines 1030–1040
The number must certify a discrepancy from the capacity-constrained complete-law class. It cannot stand for an unspecified or unrestricted side channel.
If the task inputs are not exactly fresh uniform variables, a justified discrepancy may be charged at the input-law interface, provided the complete comparison is proved. The nominal uniform formula alone is then insufficient.
