Finite-sample exclusion conditional on the cut
Finite-sample exclusion conditional on the cut · lines 2150–2164
For independent identically distributed attempts, the radius is a one-sided confidence allowance for a common mean. For adaptive attempts it bounds the average predictable mean , not an automatically stationary population parameter.
The test uses observed scores and the classical allowance. The design error is not subtracted again from the measured mean. It supplies a prospective quantum lower score and power calculation.
