The construction does not provide:

  1. reconstruction of a manifold, dimension, or global topology from the records;

  2. determination of metric scale, signature, or cone from the finite channel data;

  3. derivation of lapse and proper-time calibration without external geometry;

  4. derivation of stress or Einstein dynamics from a residual matrix response;

  5. a same-target continuum field instrument with a proved physical localization and refinement limit;

  6. construction and admission of the separately inherited characteristic quantum coefficient.

In particular, the auxiliary Minkowski vacuum is supplied, not selected by the cone records. The Newton prescription is a nonlocal analytical input, not a finite-speed communication operation. Removing these inputs would require new theorems.
