All conical applications use the regular developing chart. The analytical theorems quantify over the declared auxiliary presentation, not over all global conical fields.

The current and finite-time response sectors have compact dependency regions and can be included in a finite laboratory. The Fourier-gap plane and Newton construction retain noncompact continuation data. Restriction does not erase those data.

An intrinsic global construction would need boundary or extension conditions at the singularity, global Green operators, a global state prescription, and a conical replacement for the Newton choice. None is inferred from local flatness.
