Under Definition def:presentation, the construction proves:

  1. the complete raw current, including its initial-surface measure and full Ward defect;

  2. exact raw and harmonic-prescription admissibility criteria on the named auxiliary solution spaces;

  3. compact-data residual obstruction on an open dense fixed-support smearing family;

  4. explicit compact-current interpolation on each admitted two-dimensional TT plane;

  5. the external and one-oscillator first retarded coefficients, their switched identity, and the stated polynomial self-adjointness;

  6. a distinct symmetric Newton–wave cubic form, its joint cutoff limit, and its complete regular-region witness;

  7. exact finite compressed response instruments with destructive clock readout, causal code delivery, and reference-preserving endpoint transport.

These data constitute local Grade S as defined here.

Proof. Items (i)–(iv) are Theorems thm:raw, thm:defect, thm:classification, thm:generic, and thm:plane. Items (v)–(vi) are Theorems thm:external, thm:ESA, thm:cubicform, and thm:cubicwitness. Item (vii) follows from Theorem thm:instrument, Proposition prop:compressionlimit, and Theorems thm:locality–thm:transport. The geometry, continuation prescriptions, finite encoding, dictionaries, and resource charges have all been specified.
