The witness uses the off-shell insertion label $P\rho$. It is consistent with $\varphi (P\rho )=0$, because the time-ordered contraction satisfies $P{W}_m^{\mathrm{F}}=i\delta$. Scalar parity excludes vacuum–two-particle and one–one witnesses for this linear coefficient.
