A local Grade S package consists of:

  1. a prescribed Lorentzian background, local rods, and a supported analytical presentation;

  2. named classical coefficient equations and proved descent statements on that presentation;

  3. a finite destructive clock with a complete recorded instrument;

  4. an explicit finite encoding of selected classical evaluations;

  5. reference-preserving transport whose complete dependencies respect the prescribed causal relation.

This definition makes no claim that records generate the background or its equations.
