The table reading has an explicit finite implementation. Allocate a fresh probe qubit and apply the isometry

Completeness makes it isometric, so it extends to a unitary on a finite larger space. Destructive probe readout yields (eq:instrument). This proves an abstract finite gate realization, not hardware synthesis or experimental implementation.

The complete conditioning formula agrees in type with I-B and En09-A CheungIB,CheungEn09. We do not assume the additional stationarity and covariance hypotheses needed for a conditional unitary-evolution interpretation in En09-A. That interpretation is not required for this certificate readout.
