Analytical and standing boundaries

The inherited characteristic programme remains distinct. XIV-H's historical H2 stop, XIV-I's narrower constructed I2 internal amplitude, and the still-unconstructed full joint maps at I3/J2 must not be conflated CheungAnalytic. Saying that VI-B leaves that programme untouched does not withdraw the narrower I2 construction.

\text{XV-B quantum-admission exit: not opened},\qquad
\text{XVI-N: not discharged}.Existence of a technical manuscript called XV-B is not the opening of that admission exit. Separately scoped subsector statements do not update the broader standing boundary CheungStops.
No inherited characteristic quantum coefficient is admitted. This paper also constructs no quantum relational coefficient of its own. Its finite matrices and complete instruments are finite operational objects, not quantum field coefficients.
There is no spacetime emergence, Grade E theorem, Page curve, island, interior, quantized relational time without external scheduling, ultraviolet completion, adiabatic limit, radiative calculation, interacting Hilbert-space construction, or global conical Green theorem.
The source equations are included, not derived. The clock encoding is not the time axis. A channel formula does not specify switching work, a bath, reset work, or a heat ledger. No compilation or physical implementation is asserted.
