The Newton branch determines initial metric data by a spatial integral. Its use is logically prior to the finite apparatus schedule. The subsequent local wave problem has finite propagation, but this does not prove causal acquisition of the Newton data from a distributed physical scalar source.

All finite certificate preparation is treated as declared input. The transport theorem concerns only that finite payload and its classical code. It does not transport a continuum solution jet.
