Fix a response domain , a reference-normalized response function , and all lower-order choices. A list is a complete finite-renormalization response catalogue if:

  1. every allowed finite change of normalization changes the response by , with coefficients constant across ;

  2. every listed direction is an allowed response change, or the allowed coefficient subspace is explicitly supplied;

  3. all responses, including composite and switch-dependent contributions, have been evaluated using the same observable, dynamics, and boundary prescription.
