No submission-level quantum claim from a production plan

The four-term expansion, a framework citation, and a proposed list of theorem headings do not jointly constitute a radiative calculation. The present manuscript deliberately gives the narrower theorem supported by its calculations.

A subsequent paper claiming a quantum finite-renormalization certificate must replace the unconstructed entries of the audit by definitions, proofs, and evaluated responses. It must also address the specific lower-order switching obstruction or explicitly use a different, proved gauge-compatible prescription.
