The classical plateau intertwiner and larger-support defect are those of VII-A CheungVIIA. The additional contribution is their supported conical realization, together with:

  • a domain on which no global conical Cauchy premise is needed;

  • an explicit separation of the apparatus metric from the formal metric input;

  • a sourced finite table with nontrivial first- and second-order entries;

  • a complete finite readout and a quantitative instrument-level approximation;

  • a causal route carrying both the payload and its classical control record.

The possible usefulness is that a correct restricted identity and a surviving unrestricted failure can be carried through one operational interface without confusing either with a quantum anomaly or a field measurement.
