We do not alter the historical H2 verdict of XIV-H. The narrower internal amplitude constructed at I2 in XIV-I must nevertheless be acknowledged: it is not withdrawn by calling the full characteristic programme unresolved. That internal amplitude is not the missing full joint map at I3/J2 CheungAnalytic.

No result here closes that joint map, its remainder and extension obligations, or its quantum coefficient admission. “XV-B is not opened” means that the downstream quantum admission exit is not activated; it does not deny the existence of a technical manuscript with that identifier.

XVI-N is not discharged. Within the XVI-O prescription and the scope of this release,

\mathrm{O.1}=\texttt{\detokenize{NOT_CLOSED}}.

Separately scoped subsector reports with enlarged prescriptions do not update that statement or admit the inherited insertion CheungStops.

The construction is not spacetime emergence, Grade E, a global conical Cauchy theorem, an intrinsic cone field theory, Einstein dynamics derived from records, quantized relational time without external scheduling, a Page curve, an island, an interior, an ultraviolet completion, or an interacting Hilbert-space construction.

The clock encoding is not the geometric time axis. A complete channel does not specify work, heat, a bath, reset cost, or the physical fate of all implementation degrees of freedom. No quantum field coefficient is admitted and no compilation is asserted.
