The group $G_{U}$ is the subgroup of orientation-preserving diffeomorphisms of $M$ generated by flows of vector fields in $g_{U}$ . Its elements are the identity outside a compact subset of $U$ and near $Σ_{0}$ .

At second perturbative order we use pullbacks of the form
