The event is a certified -rule. Its geometric guard, support, permission update, and original-name transport are spectator-blind under separately reserved spectator location and history storage. Thus ass:blind holds at the semantic event boundaries.
Proof. The one-sided families, common event realization, all local products, positive peripheral lengths, and fixed boundary data have been proved in prop:core,prop:products,prop:cap,prop:collar,prop:edge-certificate,prop:exterior. They certify the outgoing germ and its continuation.
The guard uses only the exact event parameter, mode, permission, and the fixed family certificate. The transport is a fixed function of cell labels. None of these operations tests matter state or name cardinality. Separate reservation makes additional spectator storage irrelevant to the geometric capacity check and leaves original-name transport unchanged.
