The capacity leak

The example violates ass:blind; it does not contradict thm:spectators. Similar leaks can occur through queue priority, repartitioning, support selection, or a spectator-dependent choice of successor location.

Within the theorem's rule class, direct inspection of spectator state or cardinality is excluded as well. It would be inaccurate to infer that every possible leak is a capacity leak. The point is that coupling blindness alone is insufficient: all control and resource observations must also be declared.
