Constructive reversible realization

Only the forward canonical domain is given a geometric meaning. Intermediate compiler states and off-domain strings are not asserted to be geometric configurations. The reverse permutation does not move a physical readout backward in $T$. Retained history is not clean work. The general reversible-computation context is standard Bennett; the construction above provides the particular finite realization needed here.
