VII-F constructs one explicit particle-supported slicing event on a fixed -dimensional spinless cone CheungVIIF. I-B supplies a finite Enter interface on the regular part of a prescribed -dimensional conical product CheungIB. Their combination requires more than appending an axial coordinate to a transverse diagram. The singular set changes dimension, a meridian needs an atlas rather than one regular chart, and the finite apparatus must remain separated from the singular stratum. These points are addressed explicitly below.

The conical and polygonal context is classical DJH,Hooft1993. Neither particle-supported incidence changes nor the instrument formalism are introduced here as new general ideas. The purpose is a complete certificate for one precisely declared adaptation.
