For any chosen integer $n\ge 1$, install sites

each with a $p$-qubit payload register $S_j$. Initialize $S_1,\dots ,S_n$ in one fixed blank state $\omega$. All source and receiver site reserves are included in the initial laboratory data.

At hop $j$, admit a content-exchange communication channel between $S_{j-1}$ and $S_j$, with duration $L/(nc)$. Its two transfer directions have null-related ports. This is a stipulated finite communication primitive, not an instantaneous spatially extended unitary.
