Remark: Wedge gluing is not a finite rotation quotient

The cone is defined by gluing the two boundary rays of the $3\pi /2$ wedge. It is not the quotient of the entire Minkowski plane by the finite group generated by $R(\pi /2)$. The latter construction would have a different opening angle.
