A later transition may first produce a classical source outcome and then select a certified geometric edge. The source instrument and the geometry-only event remain distinct operations.

For the VII-F incidence event, the exact guard is still , with incoming/outgoing germ and permission data included in the classical label. A source outcome may prepare a declared readiness register, but it may not replace the exact guard by a rounded length test. Applying Proposition prop:fallback requires an admissible fallback for every outcome, not deletion of an invalid event branch CheungVIIF (Contract contract:G, Proposition prop:blind, and Theorem thm:implementation).

Such an integration would change neither the deficit nor the worldline merely by invoking the finite channel theorem. VIII-B's supplied packet family and VIII-C's promised-token composition are comparison constructions, not a derived dynamical law CheungVIIIB,CheungVIIIC.
