Why VII-A–D do not provide a source instrument
Geometric and field-theoretic boundaries › Why VII-A–D do not provide a source instrument · lines 2187–2226
The supplied manuscripts establish distinct results:
VII-A gives a second-order classical plateau intertwiner, not a quantum source algebra CheungVIIA.
VII-B excludes the unchanged sharp-Cauchy insertion from its declared off-shell microcausal polynomial domain; its linear on-shell repair is not an interacting source instrument CheungVIIB (Theorem
thm:main).VII-C excludes one normal-topology Wick extension under its stated continuity and old-product agreement requirements, not every possible boundary theory CheungVIIC (Theorem
thm:coefficientand Corollarycor:noalgebra).VII-D gives one strong numerical finite part and a complete regulator conversion, not an interacting observable algebra or stress tensor CheungVIID (Theorems
thm:finitepartandthm:conversion).
Consequently,
A field-theoretic successor must independently specify a source
domain, state, renormalization, smearing, and completely positive
instrument. Only then may normalization changes be tested against
the geometric observation boundary. VII-E's descent and
counterterm-blind tests provide a comparison dictionary, not a
product construction CheungVIIE (Propositions prop:descent,
prop:blind-tests, and
prop:presentation).
Nothing in the present finite argument constructs a missing characteristic graph product, a quantum Ward identity, or an admitted interacting coefficient.
