A geometric label can describe a slice, a germ, a controller state, or a spacetime parameter. Updating such a label is not, by itself, a gravitational evolution law. The distinction is

VII-F supplies a demanding fixed-cone incidence certificate, including full affine holonomy and exact event control, but keeps its spacetime, deficit, and worldline fixed CheungVIIF. We use its certificate discipline, not an unproved extension of its geometry. The example in Section sec:example is simpler: its slices are horizontal and its particle link does not change.

The field-theoretic manuscripts VII-A–D are not prerequisites of the finite results. Their relevance to a later source construction is discussed in Section sec:limits.
