VII-J-ST@1#ass:routing
The model permits exact carriage of a finite register along a specified future-causal curve; positive-duration local gates and complete instruments on co-located registers; local independent preparation; local storage, resets, and discards; and classical records carried on explicitly scheduled causal wires.
These are ideal finite-model permissions, not a field-theoretic or laboratory construction of the communication mechanism.
