The Enter discipline
Scope, Enter philosophy, and the two targets › The Enter discipline · lines 186–208
Cheung's Enter framework treats destructive readout as an input–output and access discipline: measured quantum names are consumed, classical outcomes are returned, and specified unmeasured factors survive CheungEnter,CheungI. This does not identify a classical record with the return of an unknown quantum input. Nor does a channel equality identify a thermal implementation, a geometric interpretation, or a gravitational dynamical law CheungPhilosophy.
We adopt an explicit finite Born instrument. Its channel identity is proved below. We do not rederive the structural measurement characterization of Manuscript I from an abbreviated hypothesis list, and do not extend that characterization to fields.
The operational motivation can be summarized as four questions: what is supplied, what may be accessed, what is returned, and what additional construction supports the proposed interpretation? The present answer supplies a classical background and a finite network; it returns classical records and surviving finite quantum payloads.
