A controller may inspect only declared classical inputs. Every variable affecting the gate choice, routing, guard, availability time, or reset is included among the control ports.
A finite adaptive execution is padded to a fixed finite instruction envelope. Its dependency graph contains every possible branch and the control reads selecting that branch. No unrecorded state-functional scheduling is permitted. Ancillas are supplied independently of the unknown input; correlated ancilla preparation and transport must be declared.
