scope. The new results concern finite channels and complete control networks, timed causal embeddings, directional and finite-time bounds, norm-stable signalling, an elementary Hamiltonian-tail estimate, and a buffered fixed-cone carrier realization.

scope. The causal relation and the ideal transport architecture are declared model inputs. Their consistency is proved, but a laboratory realization or quantum-field derivation of those primitives is not asserted.

scope. VII-F supplies the geometric three-to-six certificate and finite event-code permutation. This paper adds physical localization, positive-duration implementation timing, causal routing, and transition containment. The stored event timestamp is not an instantaneous broadcast.

scope. References to Cheung's works identify the supplied manuscripts and their stated results. They are not claims of journal publication, independent verification, or transfer between inequivalent models.

. No successful pdflatex execution, proof-assistant check, solver run, independently executed numerical certificate, referee review, or physical implementation is asserted.
