A certificate checks a proposed output; it does not choose its source dependence. This paper constructs neither a nonconstant deficit law nor persistence of the family under a changing deficit.

A separate variable-deficit constructor must supply a cone with the correct opening, compatible retuned slices, worldline and rest data, adapted charts, primitive and collar words, output transport, and source-off control. These are the distinct VIII-B objects CheungVIIIB, not missing premises of A1–A4.

The prescribed parameter family is likewise not a Hamiltonian-generated tessellation flow. A fixed-packet evolution law, command catalogue, and composition schedule belong to a separate construction; compare VIII-C CheungVIIIC. A schedule is not a polygon Hamiltonian or a spacetime light cone.
