VIII-B@3#def:presentation, VIII-B@3#eq:ambient-matching

Back to manuscript

A developed presentation fixes:

  1. the developed realization and all face, edge, and vertex labels;

  2. every oriented overlap component;

  3. the affine extension of each face-coordinate map;

  4. its prescribed developed ambient identification , including the seam identification;

  5. a frame and topological winding convention.

An accepted transition on that component must satisfy the ambient affine-map equality

Its restriction must also match the realized shared segment.
