Finite source versus field-theoretic insertion. The source is a fixed finite Hermitian matrix. No comparison map identifies it with a sharp insertion, a ramp coefficient, a field carrier input, or an inherited characteristic coefficient. The documentary non-admission record of XIV-J CheungXIVJ is not repaired by selecting a conical packet. The separately named IX-A, X-A, and XII-A objects are not premises here; no unprovided theorem about them is asserted.
Collar versus holographic boundary. The resting collar is a geometric annulus with identity charts. No boundary state algebra, holographic encoder, entanglement wedge, or bulk/boundary identification is constructed. The comparison in XVII-A CheungXVIIA concerns a different finite operator interface. AdS/CFT error-correction and wedge-reconstruction results ADH2015,DHW2016 are external comparisons, not premises of this zero-cosmological-constant cone construction.
Parameter versus relational lapse. The installed incidence parameter remains an input of the family. Remark rem:lapse computes only its local kinematical normal speed; it is not the relational lapse of Em02-E CheungEm02E.
Catalogue versus proof transfer. Every OpenAI family mentioned in the revision record remains an external catalogue entry, not a theorem used here. The separate OpenAI catalogue is not identified with the Cheung manuscript series Catalogue,OpenAICatalogue. No claim in this paper changes the documentary status
O.1 = NOT_CLOSED, recorded in XVI-O CheungXVIO. That label is not a newly proved mathematical assertion of this paper.
This construction is not spacetime emergence, a Page curve, an island construction, or holographic identification. The ambient geometric dictionary is explicitly supplied before its expectation selection.
