Assumption: Deterministic spectator-blind control

Equal geometry, controller data, permissions, declared geometric resources, source embedding, and explicitly accessible inputs select the same command, applicability result, geometric support, complete output certificate, original-name transport, and successor controller state.

Geometric commands do not read internal matter, occupancy, source tokens, or spectator number. A source-table command reads its declared classical token. Spectator locations and implementation histories have separately reserved storage and do not affect geometric capacity guards.
