Interface contract: Particle realization and germ transport

For every $\mu \in I$ and $s\in [-1,1]$, the particle constructor supplies the realization above, with:

1. embedded spacelike faces and exterior, with physical branch gradient norms $2\sqrt{2}/3$, $3/5$, and $0$;

2. positive active cells on each regular epoch;

3. exactly one incidence value, $s=0$, and the specified incoming and outgoing germs;

4. the affine charts and prescribed overlap components below;

5. complete accepted (E1)–(E5), including identity regular words and positive primitive core and collar words;

6. identity abstract transport through ${\mathsf{E}}_{3\text{–}6}$ of the persistent labels specified in sec:locations.

This is the realization interface corresponding to VIII-B's persistence theorem, specializing at ${\mu }_0$ to VII-F CheungVIIIB (Theorem thm:persistence), CheungVIIF. The interface is an explicit hypothesis; no independent validation of all predecessor certificate tables is asserted here.
