The flow clock is an execution parameter. No scalar-clock field, relational observable, or lapse constraint has been defined. The relational lapse considered in Em02-E has additional background, clock, and domain data absent here CheungEm02E (Theorem thm:lapse).

The collar is a geometric annulus used for affine matching and subdivision. No boundary quantum algebra, entropy extremization, boundary CFT, or bulk–boundary reconstruction map is supplied. It is not an entanglement wedge. The finite operator reconstruction comparison in XVII-A does not identify this collar with its independent boundary model CheungXVIIA (Remark rem:no-wedge).
