A two-site SWAP at separated static endpoints is realized here by opposite causal carriage of their contents. It is not an instantaneous nonlocal gate. For a prescribed local null displacement a target-adapted chain can realize exact logical transport under the same permissions; local computation, copying, and decoding time must then be accounted separately CheungIB,CheungTransport.
